All orders must be confirmed in writing or via email. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Payments are due as per the terms stated on our invoices. Late payments may incur interest or delay delivery of services.
We offer professional design services and can create artwork for your project as agreed. If you choose to supply your own artwork or materials, it is your responsibility to ensure they meet our technical specifications. We are not liable for errors, poor quality, or delays caused by unsuitable client-supplied files.
All designs we create remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
We will make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, force majeure).
We take care to ensure our work meets high standards. However, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
